TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MEETJS.BRAVE.COURSES
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms define the rules for using the AI graphics generator available at meetjs.brave.courses.
The service provider is BRAVE EDUCATION SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.
Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
§2. USAGE RULES AND TECHNICAL LIMITS
The service consists of generating visualizations based on photos submitted by the User using AI models.
A technical limit applies: 6 generations per 60 minutes per IP address.
Maximum file size is 5MB. Allowed formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.
§3. LIABILITY AND COPYRIGHT
The User declares that they have all rights to the submitted photo and do not infringe on third-party rights.
The service provider does not claim copyright to the generated graphics. The User receives the right to use them for their own purposes.
It is prohibited to use the service to generate unlawful, vulgar, or offensive content.
§4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The service provider does not guarantee that the AI output will meet the User's expectations – the nature of AI models involves some unpredictability of results.
The service provider is not liable for service interruptions resulting from external provider failures (e.g., Replicate, Cloudflare).
§5. FINAL PROVISIONS
Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law.
The service provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
Disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the service provider's seat (Poznań).
