§1. DATA CONTROLLER

§2. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Image and Photos: We process photos submitted by the User solely for the purpose of providing the AI graphics generation service.
IP Address: We collect IP addresses to ensure service security, prevent abuse, and enforce technical limits (6 generations per hour).
§3. DATA ARCHITECTURE AND RECIPIENTS
No storage: The service provider does not store submitted photos or generated images in its own database. This data is in the User's browser cache and is deleted when the browser is refreshed.
External processing (Replicate): To provide the service, photos are sent to the AI infrastructure provider – Replicate, Inc., based in the USA.
Public URLs: AI-generated images are hosted on Replicate servers under unique, public URLs. The User acknowledges that possessing the link enables access to the graphic.
§4. LEGAL BASIS AND USER RIGHTS
Data is processed on the basis of consent (photo submission), contract performance, and legitimate interest (IP security).
The User has the right to access data, request its deletion, and object. Due to the lack of permanent storage of photos by the service provider, the right to delete the image is exercised when the browser session ends.
